Greetings! Please join us on Tuesday, Sept. 18 at the Mountain View Community Center (201 Prosperity Ave. SE) from 6:00-7:30 p.m. for the third UNMH and Community Meeting. We will be sharing information about UNMH services and also looking for feedback on how we can serve you and your community better. This group is newly formed and looking for community members/patients to become involved. We are planning on meeting quarterly and hope you can attend and be the voice of your community. Feel free to post the attached flier in community centers or the venue where your group meets. Also, please pass along this information to your group/association members.
