Membership Dues Will Increase

Each year we ask our neighbors to renew their Comanche Foothills Neighborhood Association membership. This shows the city that we do represent our neighbors at the various local, district and city meetings we attend on your behalf.

Comanche Foothills membership has been $0.00 for many years as we had an excess of funds in our bank account and didn't see the sense in charging for membership.

Over the past few years we have used that money for such improvements as a new neighborhood sign at the entrance to Comanche from Tramway, paid for planting flowers and maintenance of greenery on the Comanche median, and many other neighborhood improvement activities to keep our neighborhood

attractive and a beautiful place to live and play.

For that reason the board has voted to increase annual dues to $25 per household. We plan to send out a postcard announcing details on how and when that will take effect.
