Court of Wills, Estates & Probate Community Outreach Program
In an effort to educate the public about the role of probate courts and the work and services offered by the Bernalillo County Court of Wills, Estates & Probate, and the probate process, Probate Judge Willow Misty Parks and the court staff are available to speak to schools, community groups, civic organizations and professional organizations. We also welcome tours of the court. Judge Parks and the court staff participate at no cost as our schedules permit. Please note that judges are bound by the Code of Judicial Conduct and are not permitted to address certain topics, including specific circumstances or issues or give legal advice.

Groups wishing to arrange for Judge Parks to speak should contact the appropriate court listed below at least one month in advance of the requested date. For further information, please contact Evangeline Rodriguez, Court Clerk, at 505-468-1232.
