Your comments make sense, however we had a lawyer and a city councilor advise us that the covenants were no longer enforceable because they had not been enforced. That set a precedent which meant we would not be able to enforce them due to a history of them not being uniformly applied over a long period of time.

I've attached the file we received as the covenants for our area but I don't know if this covers your specific location. Hope this helps.

I'm not certain what, "no longer supported" means?  C&Rs are usually filed with the county clerk and are legally binding unless/until repealed by formal vote of the affected home owners.  No one may bother to file a complaint for enforcement anymore, but that doesn't mean that they just disappear.

One would think that the HOA would *want* people to know what the C&Rs and HOA rules are, so that there are fewer surprises and "gotchas", especially for new residents (owners or tenants).

The Comanche Foothills aka Glenwood Hill South Casa Grande C&R's are no longer valid / supported. Don't know about the other two HOA's you mentioned.

Does anyone have a link to the Covenants and Restrictions for the for the subdivision?  Or the HOA bylaws and rules?  I looked on the Bernalillo County Clerk's site for the C&Rs, but didn't find anything under Pheasant Hill or Glenwood Hills South.
