Neighborhood Associations please come join us for Keep Albuquerque Beautiful’s 4th Annual Company’s Comin’ Community Clean-Up on Saturday, September 28, 2013 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Help us prepare for the more than 700,000 visitors expected to enjoy the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta.

Attached please find the Group Registration Form. The deadline for the registration is September 13, 2014 by 5:00 p.m. If your neighborhood is interested in keeping Albuquerque beautiful, please complete the registration form and either mail or email to my attention.

We’re Expecting Company…
So Let’s Clean-up Albuquerque!
Saturday, September 28, 2013 • 9am to Noon

Over 700,000 people will be visiting our fair city for the International Balloon Fiesta and we want Albuquerque to SPARKLE! Mayor Richard J. Berry is inviting neighborhood groups, businesses and civic organizations to join him on Saturday, September 28th to clean-up their neighborhoods in preparation for the Balloon Fiesta. Each volunteer group will receive FREE trash bags and gloves!

*PLEASE NOTE: - Only those items that fit in a bag will be picked up on this day. We are unable to pick up large items (stoves, mattresses, etc…) for the Mayor’s Fall Cleanup.*

City Trucks will be scheduled to pick up the filled garbage bags that you will place in a designated area on Saturday, September 28, 2013.

SUPPLY PICK-UP DAY

FREE Bags & Gloves are to be picked up on Friday, September 20, 2013 between the hours of
9 am – 2 pm at the Solid Waste Management Department, 4600 Edith NE (Corner of Edith & Griegos) Supplies will not be distributed prior to or after the above date and time. No Exceptions.
